From gloves and gates to lights and clamps, the latest gear you need to get your workers home safe every day.
SINGLE WELDING HELMET SOLUTION
Designed for the professional welder, the VIKING 3250D FGS Welding Helmet features a Flip-Up Grind Shield to increase the operator’s
field of view in both open and closed positions through the integration of a clear face shield and side windows. These features can not
only reduce the amount of time needed to conduct material setup,
inspection, and weld operations, but may minimize any potential
hazards that come from having to frequently remove the helmet
and store it at the worksite.
The helmet also boasts an industry leading optic design, 4C Lens
Technology, which eliminates blur, distortion, and eye strain by reducing color saturation in the LCD while also providing a consistent shade
at any angle. This technology scores a perfect 1/1/1/1 rating on the only
auto-darkening lens quality standard in the world (EN 379). The 12. 5 in2
auto-darkening viewing area is the largest for this product type industry wide,
making it ideal for a range of industries that use multiple welding processes.
AUTOMATIC SAFETY FOR
Providing a safe environment for employees
moving material to and from loading docks,
the Dock-Lift gate, is a self-closing gate designed to automatically close and lock into
place as the lift elevates, forming a barrier for
employees on the lift that make the transition
from the tractor trailer to the loading dock or
ground level. The gates stay locked until the
lift is lowered and back on the ground, where
it automatically opens so material can be
transferred on and off the lift.
The Dock-Lift safety gate meets OSHA
and ANSI codes for work platform lifts and
aerial scissors platforms, and are available
in powder coated mid steel. The company’s
line of dual-gate safety systems provides
a controlled access area and maintains
a safe environment at all times, ensuring
OSHA, IBC, and ANSI compliance.
FLASHLIGHT COMBO DOUBLES
VISIBLE SAFETY FIELD
For years, firefighters and industrial workers were
forced to rely on a singular-beam helmet-light despite
its challenging limitations and safety concerns. This
includes having to unnaturally bend and move to
get light in the right places, often leading to on-site
injuries and the blinding of other team members.
The Nightstick FORTEM XPP-5466 series Helmet-Mounted Flashlight solves these issues through the
integration of its Dual-Light Technology. The helmet-mounted combo keeps the flashlight in front of worker
and places a floodlight at their feet to dramatically reduce the risk of trips,
slips or falls.
The flashlight provides 250 lumens and has low, medium, high, and strobe
functionality while the floodlight has a 115-lumen independent 45-deg.
angle downward beam and features a survival function that gives the user a
boosted runtime of up to 16 hours. Additionally, a rear-facing green LED light
makes it easy to identify others in smoke or dust-filled environments. The models are CE and cULus certified
and meet the requirements for NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013). They are also rated for use in Class I, Division 1, Zone
1 hazardous locations.
