brakes are ideal for small and
motor configurations. Their
design optimizes servo drive
effciency. With accompanying voltage controller, the
brake’s power consumption is stepped down to 7VDC
after a split second of 24VDC for brake actuation.
Motors for Every Climate
operate at temperatures from – 30 to +60°C
Unit sizes 80 and
100, with up to 13
kW of power, have
been added to the
portfolio of energy-ef-fcient SINOCHRON
Motors. The drives
operate reliably at
ambient temperatures from – 30 to
+60°C and torque fuctuations are minimal thanks
to the special rotor design. The full torque supplied
by the motor is solely used for short periods for the
initial move of the load and then usually run at 20
to 30% of nominal load.
Isolation Valves for Corrosive Media
offer longer life and zero dead volume
Valves are sole-noid-operated devices that use a fexible
diaphragm to isolate
the actuation mechanism from the fuid
path. The valves are
commonly used for
a wide variety of applications, including those that
require precise, repeatable dispensing of media. All
wetted areas of the valve are PTFE, making this series
ideal for use with corrosive media. These valves are
highly modifable with various mounting, porting,
material, fow and voltage options.
Dryers Accommodate Auxiliary Equipment
minimize vibratory reaction forces
Vibrating fuid bed
dryers and coolers
feature rugged, unitary, steel bases as
standard that allow
cover lift hoists, process air ductwork,
monitoring instrumentation, and other auxiliary
equipment to be attached to the system as a single
unit. Providing a dedicated, non-moving foundation,
the bases ease process integration, add fexibility in
installation and ensure ancillary support systems
may be installed on the same footprint, rather than
set separately or left unspecifed.

Building upon the ROMER Absolute Arm, the Absolute
Arm range has been designed to meet the needs of modern
metrology without compromising on speed or accuracy.
A standout feature of the Absolute Arm is its modular
wrist design. This allows both the RS5 Laser Scanner and
the pistol grip to be completely removed, facilitating easy
probing in tight spaces. When reattached for laser scanning applications, a variety of grip sizes are available to
ensure a perfect ft for every user. The wrist also features
a display screen that allows for measurement result oversight, profle switching, and calibration right at the point
of measurement, reducing time spent switching attention
between the arm and its control computer.
This arm range retains all the features that made the
previous generation of ROMER systems so successful.
These include the proprietary Absolute Encoders that
eliminate referencing and warm-up times and diagnostic
reporting, as well as low-friction rotating grips and a unique
counterweight system that facilitate easy movement and
Also, notably still present is the capacity to measure at
full speed without a reduction in accuracy.
