The RP1000 robotic palletizers and palletizing systems layouts are optimized to the manufactures’ footprint and requirements. The RP1000 can accommodate the single-line systemwith a single feeding lane and single lane discharge; the multi-line system with multiple feedlanes and single lane discharge; or the multiple feed lanes and multiple lane discharge. Regardless of the options required by the application, the RP1000 system will convert the palletizingprocess into a quality, efficient, and effective automated operation.
The RP1000 also accommodates mixed layer palletizing that is supported by multi-zoned vacuum, clamp style or bag grippers and is engineered to meet customer requirements. The safetyfeatures for robotic palletizing systems include wire mesh fence, polycarbonate enclosure, andsafety rated light curtains for pallet discharge openings. Quick changeovers take place on theRobotic Palletizing System with little operational change-over.

OMNI-DIRECTIONAL DRIVE PLATFORM
Able to move up to 40,000 lb. and maneuver in narrow aisleways, the Omni-Directional
Heavy Duty Drive System is a battery-powered, wirelessly controlled platform that al-
lows manufacturers to bypass the use of expensive cranes and forklifts that only certain
operators are trained to maneuver.
The platform can move even the most delicate parts, such as an airplane fuselage, andposition them precisely. The omni-directional platform, originally designed to transportthe hull of a military vehicle, has been used by automobile manufacturers, spacecraft engineers, and the marine industry. Engineers designed the platform so that it’s affordableand easy to transport, fitting snugly on a flat-bed truck for convenient shipment acrossthe country.
