825 dampened fne-boring tool
makes use of Silent Tools technology with dampers dimensioned specifcally to suit every
adapter size in the assortment
and to deliver maximum performance for the user. This solution elevates process security
where vibration issues are frequently encountered, such as when machining with long overhangs, and improves productivity since cutting data can be increased substantially.
Among the principal updates in the latest-generation tool is the change of boring head material from steel
to aluminum. In addition, the head has been shortened so that the damper comes closer to the cutting edge,
which is better for process stability.
The Coro Turn insert carriers for the new tools have entering angles at 92 to 95-deg. to increases stability,
making it possible to approach the bottom of a blind hole without engaging a greater part of the cutting edge.
CoroBore 825 is ideal for all fne-boring applications, covering diameters from 19 to 167 mm, while a new
assortment of cartridges can be used for back-boring applications. During back boring, the same internal cool-
ant fow to the cutting edge is offered as in conventional boring.

The Fullcut Mill Contact Grip is an endmill that allows easy indexing of cutter heads while maintaining
great rigidity and accuracy. With the addition of the
Fullcut Radius Mill (FRM) and the Ball End Mill (BE),
the Fullcut Mill Contact Grip series features four connection sizes and seven cutter types.
The unique dual Contact Grip of the Fullcut Mill Contact Grip is a threaded coupling system that achieves
machining capacity close to that of integrated types.

The Fullcut FCM heads for profle milling are designed to realize sharp cutting and low cutting resistance, thanks to the versatile dual-contact grip design.
Similarly, the Fullcut FCR heads are multifunction 3D
cutters suited for both heavy and stable ramping. Also,
part of the series are three chamfering options, the
C-Cutter Mini for transverse chamfering, the C-Cutter
for plunge chamfering and the C-Cutter Universal for
adjustable angle chamfering.
HMC OFFERS RAPID FEED RATES,
The HPX63 II 4-axis HM offers an improved version
of the company’s proven HPX63 unit, features a 70%
increased rapid feed rate of 54 m/min that produces
shorter cycle times, and a 14% reduction in shop foor
footprint to maximize working space.
Capable of machining workpieces as large as 1,050
x 1,050 mm, the machining center processes medi-um-size precision parts. Pallet size is 630 mm2 and
the maximum table load is 1,200 kg. Positioning accuracy and repeatability are +/- 0.001 mm (one micron).
X, Y, and Z-axis strokes are 1,000, 800, and 900 mm respectively. An 18.5/15 k W ( 30 min./continuous) spin-
dle uses ISO 7/24 50-taper tooling and provides rotation speeds from 15 to 6,000 rpm as well as 600 Nm maxi-
mum torque. The B-axis rotary table offers high torque and acceleration.
A 60-pocket automatic tool changer accommodates tools up to 500 mm long and 125 mm in diameter, weigh-
ing up to 25 kg.
