The H Series Brushless Servo Motor Drive, part of Allied’s servo packages, is designed to drive the HeiMotion brushless servo motors and Megafluxseries of brushless torque motors.
Featuring Hiperface DSL, multi-feedback device support, and Safe TorqueOff (STO) safety options, the H-Drive features a digital, DSP-based designfor precise motor control and easy commissioning. HIGH-SPEED, ENERGY EFFICIENT BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR
The latest addition to the Ultra EC mini brushless DC motor platform, the 16ECS highspeedbrushless motor is a compact, 16-mm motor that provides high power while running at speedsof 75,000 rpm.
The 16ECS is comprised of an enhanced magnetic circuit that reduces iron and recirculationlosses which can cause motor stator heating at high speeds. The heart of the motor—the proprietary Ultra EC coil—provides higher torque and mechanical power compared to similar motors.
This highly efficient motor offers cooler operation at high speeds, enhanced battery capacity,and longer service life. Applications will run longer between charging cycles and the size ofrequired batteries can be reduced, making mobile devices using the 16ECS smaller and lighter.
Designed for battery-driven applications running at high speeds or requiring high power, the16ECS is ideally suited for medical atherectomy devices, dental drills, cosmetic devices, and labautomation equipment.
With the TRK38, TWK introduces an ultra-compact, single-turn, magnetic encoder developed with safety-oriented applications in mind. With a diameter andlength of only 38 mm, the sensor is suitable for mounting in confinedinstallation spaces.
The safety encoder detects position andspeed and fulfills the requirements of SIL
2 (IEC 61508) and PL d (EN 13849). The position resolution is 16 bits per revolution.
The certified EtherCAT FSoE interface ensures reliable transmission of the safety-related signals to the higher-level controller or to a safety relay, as well as programming of the sensor.
The aluminum housing and overall design enable long service life even under unfavorable conditions such as vibration and shock loads. The non-contact,wear-free measuring principle makes a significant contribution to this.
