Marathon vibratory conveyors with monobeamconstruction feature a narrow frame to offerbetter access to the conveyor bed while reducingthe number of parts to clean. Ideal for processorsthat need a high degree of equipment hygiene and/or a small footprint, theconveyor is suitable for a wide range of bulk food applications, from raw receiving to packaging, including product collection, transfer, and distribution.
All Marathon conveyors use natural-frequency vibratory motion to distribute
bulk foods long distances on a single unit. Marathon can replace several shak-
ers in a row, relying on only two independent, frame-mounted drives to improve
efficiency and reliability.
Available in lengths from 30 to 50 ft and widths from 20 to 40 in., Marathon with
monobeam can achieve conveying speeds greater than 50 ft/min, depending on
the application. The conveyor bed can be tilted to draw product to one side and
flow direction can be controlled with optional side outlet diverters.

A space-saving rotary automatic wrapper, the Rotary Tower Automatic (RTC)Stretch Wrapper with Conveyance, easily integrates with new or existing conveyance systems at 18 in. pass-heights due to its compact size, affordability, and theoption to expand with additional conveyance.
The RTC is fully automatic and attaches the stretch film at the cycle start, cuttingit at the end. The forklift operator places the pallet-load on the infeed conveyorand pulls a lanyard switch while moving away to collect the next load. This designincreases employee safety by removing them from the proximity of the moving rotary arm.
Using customers’ pre-determined specifications, the machine will wrap the loadusing the Orion Insta Thread film carriage with 260% standard pre-stretch for maximum stability and load retention. Film force to load control is automatic, performinglike cruise control, so the film constantly adapts to the load shape, size, and machine operating speed, resulting in minimal film breaks at maximum stretch.

Unlike traditional in-line cappers that use discs or spindles, every beltorquecapper uses two pairs of belts to gently rotate and tighten caps. By synchronizing the speed of the bottle with the rotating speed of the closure, the design applies precise torque that eliminates damage to the closure and minimizes cap skew and slippage.
The linear, continuous-motion capper is ideal for nutraceuticals, cosmetics,
personal care products, pharmaceuticals, foods, and more. It handles round,
oval, square, and rectangular bottles made of plastic or glass and can apply
child-resistant, flip-top, screw, and snap caps made of plastic or metal.
