Bound Metal Deposition technology. Originally consisting of a print-
er, debinder, and furnace—this next-generation version retains all the
features of the original system while making 3D metal printing easier,
more reliable, and accessible.
With an easier two-step process, the system eliminates the use ofsolvents with material formulations that allow parts to be transferreddirectly from the printer into the furnace for a nearly hands-free experience that also reduces consumables usage and footprint. The heatedbuild chamber and print profiles produce a better surface finish rightout of the furnace across sidewalls and support-facing surfaces whileisotropic TMPS infill creates strong parts.

When massive part size and industrial strength are needed for printingparts, jigs, tooling, and fixtures, the7XC 3D printer delivers a time-to-partadvantage and helps manufacturersassure they have agile supply chainsto sustain them in the new normal.
With a build size of up to 370 x390 x 450 mm, the printer was developed jointly with Sindoh Co, Ltd.to leverage Sindoh’s 7X large-formatdual-nozzle 3D printing platform andsupported materials, along withRIZE’s RIZIUM composite materials.By enabling the creation of largeparts and complex geometries ondemand, the 7XC provides an affordable way to generate parts with hightensile strength and thermal dimensional stability, along with chemicaland moisture resistance.
Developed for printing anywherewithout ventilation, it features aZ-resolution of 50 microns that enables complex geometries and superior surface finishes. Features such as active auto-leveling and internal insulation provide enhanced mechanical properties while offeringminimal post-processing.

A patent-pending additive material, Jabil PA 0600 is a polyamide/polyketone alloy thatdelivers the high strength and stiffness required for aerospace, automotive, and industrialmanufacturing applications. Offering a viable alternative to Delrin Acetal plastics, thematerial features a unique formula with Acetal plastic attributes without the dangerousformaldehyde emissions that can cause overheating. Since the filament is formulatedwithout formaldehyde, there’s no release of noxious odors or fumes during processing,offering product designers greater flexibility, speed, and safety in developing parts thatmust be resistant to fatigue, friction, and abrasion.
Well suited for a variety of applications, the filament exhibits high stiffness, dimensionalstability, and good wear resistance, as well as low-friction, self-lubricating characteristics.Additionally, it delivers high levels of smoothness and durability, typically required in theproduction of gears, bearings, and rollers; jigs, fixtures, and tooling; and work-holdingdevices, posts, and nests.
