Based on PEEK (polyether ether ketone)technology, INFINAM PEEK 9359 F is a 3Dprintable filament with high-temperature andchemical-resistant properties ideal for the additive manufacturing of industrial plastic parts.The polymer can be processed in common ex-trusion-based 3D printing technologies suchas fused filament fabrication (FFF) or fuseddeposition modeling (FDM).
The natural-colored filament—with a diameter of .06 in. ( 1.75 mm)—is wound on 17 oz. (500g) spools for direct use in standard FFF/FDM 3Dprinters for PEEK materials. With properties suchas high mechanical strength, hydrolysis resistance, and inherent flame retardancy, it can beused for lightweight and high-performance 3Dparts for the aerospace, automotive, and oil &gas industries.
Compared to stainless steel, 3D parts madeof INFINAM PEEK 9359 F are approximately 80%lighter and 30% tougher with enhanced fatigueresistance. This combination of properties including great wear resistance and low slidingfriction makes the filament a viable alternativeto metal printing in lightweight applications.

Sindoh’s first industrial polymer 3D printer based on SLS technology, the S100, is also thefirst commercially available 3D printer to feature Bluesint PA12 technology to 3D print with upto 100% recycled powder.
Featuring a large build volume, it is intended as a prototype machine that guarantees thereproducibility of the builds with consistent printing accuracy. It provides a scanning speed ofup to 33 ft/s (15m/s) and is fitted with 2 lasers with each laser covering the full printing field. Thesemi-automatic calibration function and remote diagnostic maintenance capabilities ensurehigh efficiency in operation and maintenance.
The machine gives engineers and operators more control over the printing process by enablingthem to tweak the machine and its process parameters. Processing temperatures up to 392°F(200°C) allow for use of a wide variety of popular SLS materials such as Evonik PA12, BASF Ul-trasint PA11, TPU, and PP.

The first Stellite powder qualified for laser powder bed additive manufacturing, Stellite 21 AM powder features theunique corrosion and wear-resistant properties ofthe Stellite alloy family for laser powder bed additive platforms to produce high-performancewear components for the oil & gas and powergeneration industries. The powder’s compositionfeatures a Cobalt Chrome-Molybdenum alloy matrix,containing dispersed hard carbides which strengthen the alloy and increase its hardness whiledecreasing the material’s ductility. It also has excellent corrosion and thermal shock and mechanical shock resistance.
It is suited for flow control applications and can be integrated into complex designs to mitigatecavitation, erosion or corrosion failures.
