Designed to share the workplace with humans in a safe and efficient manner, the ASSISTA collaborative
robot is designed for OEMs and end-users with a focus on easy implementation as its high-quality internal
wiring and piping reduce the risk of cables being caught or snagged.
For customers with a focus on throughput and production, ASSISTA features accuracy that has been
measured to be +/- 0.03 mm per cycle. Safety considerations include the elimination of hand and pinch
points to protect the hands and fingers of operators, and the robot reacts to its environment by going into
a collaborative mode when operators approach it.
Additionally, ASSISTA can be programmed without a teach pendant to be more easily operated by those
without prior industrial robot experience. While ASSISTA is still compatible with a teach pendant, it can also
be operated by buttons on the robot body or by “hand guiding” it to various positions.

AUTOMATED, SMART DISINFECTION ROBOT

Purpose-built to autonomously disinfect high-trafficareas, SmartGuardUV combines the safety and flexibility of the Fetch Robotics cloud robotics platform, thestrength of PURO Lighting’s pulsed Xenon UV fixtures,powered by Violet Defense, and the advanced disinfectingreporting of the Piedmont 4Site cloud analytics platform.

The result is a completely autonomous, broad-spectrum UV
disinfection robot that eliminates up to 99.9% of viruses
and bacteria with UV-C, UV-B, and UV-A as well as reports
on the results of the disinfection.

SmartGuardUV can autonomously map and navigatethroughout a facility, enter the desired space, activate thepulsed UV light for targeted, comprehensive disinfection,reposition in the space for maximum coverage, disinfect,and then move to the next space without any human intervention. The robot’s built-in motion sensor for automaticshut-off prevents unnecessary UV exposure, and facilitymanagers can customize the AMR’s schedules and disinfecting paths, even remotely, as facility needs change. SmartGuardUV has an optional real-time dashboard that provides actionable insights and reporting of disinfectiondata including date, time, location, disinfection duration, cleaning performance, and photographic evidenceof the disinfection or what prevented the robot fromdoing the disinfection.
